Title: Procurement Supervisor
Required Skills & Qualification:
· Engineering or Business Administration degree strongly preferred
· 3-5 years experience in the field of procurement management (FMCG or packaging experience is a plus)
· Proven experience leading a team of professionals
· Good communication and negotiations skills
· Problem solving attitude and ability to work under stress.
· Good project management skills
Key responsibilities
· Develop various packaging commodity Supply strategies
· Leads the Purchasing Process to ensure availability, competitive supply and access to new technology, in alignment with Product Supply regional & global strategies
· Supplier relationship management (new contractors as well as incumbents)
· Supports new product introduction through timely development of competitive supply
· Leads cost savings initiatives
· Drives action plans arising out of departments KPI’s
