An international company located in Egypt needs urgently to hire the following position:
Position: Deputy General Manager – Marketing
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Identify and work closely with new distributors to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the product ranges.
· Achieve the BSD budget in terms of growth and profitability.
· Monitor each distributor’s sales progress.
· Segment markets, by region, sector, size, etc.
· Prioritize the penetration of the market sectors.
· Establish and maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing distributors.
· Devise strategies to increase profitability of products.
· Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities.
· Work with other members of BSD team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch).
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Business Management.
· Minimum 10 years experience in the MFP industry.
· Prior work experience with a principal / distributor company (for MFP) is a MUST, such as Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, etc.
· Good sales & negotiation skills.
