1- Call Center Manager

• Ensure a smooth operation of outsourced call center

• Act as a liaison between the company and outsourced partner

• All contracted KPIs are being met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or any equivalent degree.

• At least six years experience in Call Center with at least 2 years in
management role


2- Key account trade marketing manager

• Promote and support the growth of the business through active
development of marketing initiatives (communication,
promotion, brand development, product launch)

• Ongoing support of the sales team.

• Manage in-store promotion activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, trade marketing.
